Demonstracja solidarności z Rożawą we Wrocławiu
DEMONSTRACJA SOLIDARNOŚCI Z ROŻAWĄ – demokratyczną, autonomiczną administracją północno-wschodniej Syrii.
Kurdyjki, które pokonały ISIS i uchroniły świat – także nas w Polsce i Europie – przed falą zamachów terrorystycznych, dziś znów są atakowane. Dzieje się to za zgodą USA i UE, w tym Polski, które porzuciły Kurdów, przerzucając swoje wsparcie na nowy syryjski reżim – HTS, dowodzony przez Dżulaniego, do niedawna poszukiwanego jako przywódca Al-Kaidy. Hipokryzja, obłuda i zło tej sytuacji stają się jeszcze bardziej widoczne, gdy widzimy, jak w Kobanê – mieście odciętym przez islamistów od wody i prądu – giną kolejne dzieci.
Atak na Rożawę ma dwa podłoża. Pierwszym jest antykurdyjski rasizm, którego celem jest etniczne czystki w Syrii – tak jak miesiąc temu w Aleppo. Drugim jest projekt faszystowski, islamistyczny, patriarchalny i imperialistyczny. Turcja jest gotowa posunąć się do najgorszych zbrodni, w tym stać za najnowszymi atakami na Rożawę, byle tylko poszerzać swoją imperialną strefę wpływów. HTS, odradzające się ISIS i inne ugrupowania nie są w stanie znieść istnienia demokratycznego, feministycznego społeczeństwa, które mogłoby stać się częścią ich kraju. Zachodnie elity natomiast przyzwalają na ataki mające zakończyć istnienie Rożawy, bo boją się, że gdy ludzie zobaczą, jak wygląda prawdziwa demokracja, równość i ekologia – fundamenty Rożawy – przestaną wierzyć w zachodnie mity.
Dlatego spotkajmy się, by wyrazić solidarność z Kurdami i ludami Azji Zachodniej w walce przeciwko faszyzmowi, islamizmowi i imperializmowi.

DEMONSTRATION OF SOLIDARITY WITH ROJAVA – the democratic, autonomous administration of north-eastern Syria.
Kurdish women who defeated ISIS and protected the world – including us in Poland and across Europe – from a wave of terrorist attacks are being attacked once again. This is happening with the consent of the USA and the EU, including Poland, which have abandoned the Kurds and shifted their support to Syria’s new regime – HTS, led by al-Julani, until recently wanted as a leader of Al-Qaeda. The hypocrisy, cynicism, and cruelty of this situation become even more evident when we see children continuing to die in Kobanê – a city cut off from water and electricity by Islamists.
The attack on Rojava has two foundations. The first is anti-Kurdish racism, aimed at carrying out ethnic cleansing in Syria – just as happened a month ago in Aleppo. The second is a fascist, Islamist, patriarchal, and imperialist project. Turkey is prepared to commit the worst crimes, including standing behind the latest attacks on Rojava, as long as it can expand its imperial sphere of influence. HTS, the re-emerging ISIS, and other groups cannot tolerate the existence of a democratic, feminist society that could form part of their country. Western elites, meanwhile, allow these attacks aimed at destroying Rojava, because they fear that once people see what real democracy, equality, and ecology look like – the foundations of Rojava – they will stop believing in Western myths.
That is why we come together to express solidarity with the Kurds and the peoples of West Asia in the struggle against fascism, Islamism, and imperialism.
